What products do you offer at Sandstorm Gaming Technology?

We offer a wide range of premium gaming accessories, including keyboards, microphones, headsets, mice, RGB gaming mats, gaming chairs, and RGB lights.

How can I contact customer service?

You can reach our customer service team through our contact form on the website. We’re here to help with any questions or concerns.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this period, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

What are your shipping rates?

We calculate our shipping rates according to the total weight of the final order, and then placed in one of a few categories for nicer pricing. In most cases, we lose money here. We could include shipping in the price of the item and then claim to offer "free shipping", but... we're a bit more honest than that. If we ever do that in the future, we'll tell you straight up, "shipping included".

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method, but most orders arrive within 7-12 business days. Furniture may take up to 30 days, please be patient.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. We do NOT use your email for marketing purposes.

What is your return policy?

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and original packaging. Please visit our return center to initiate the return process. Re-taped boxes are fine, re-boxed items are not. Not our rules, those are from our suppliers.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please visit the Return Center under Support. You will need your order number and a valid email address for us to process the return. We do not use this email address for any purpose except to provide updates on the status of your return, including marketing. We hate that.

Who pays for return shipping?

Short answer: you, unless we messed up or it's broken. Long answer: All return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item a) does not match the item ordered, b) is non-functional, or c) has a material physical defect. In all cases, we reserve the right to request a photo or video for proof.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
